North Star Promise Academy brings the Foundation’s mission to life within an innovative school environment.

The Academy is designed to provide students with rigorous, engaging, and personalized learning while intentionally supporting their academic, emotional, social, ethical, and personal development.

Its educational model will prepare children for a rapidly changing world in which artificial intelligence and emerging technologies will increasingly shape how people learn, work, communicate, and solve problems.

However, technological preparation alone is not enough.

North Star Promise Academy will help students learn how to use technology thoughtfully, responsibly, creatively, and ethically. Students will be encouraged to develop critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, empathy, resilience, integrity, and a strong understanding of their individual purpose and worth.

In addition to the required instruction that FLDOE mandates for all public school students, students at North Star Promise will also learn about the humanities and human expression via fine arts. In addition, each student will take on a unique passion project they improved the life or outcomes for others.

Through a culture centered on ethics, innovation, purpose, action , and intention, North Star Promise Academy will prepare students not only to succeed in the future, but also to contribute meaningfully to it.
